The Town has scuttled the construction plan for a public boat dock at a new waterfront development on US 1 after issues arose with materials and maintenance. The 14-slip boat dock was part of the approving conditions for the cornerstone condos.

Big renovations at Jupiter's baseball stadium

Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation to improve the field, install new seating, new clubhouses, and batting cages. It is scheduled to reopen in time for next year's spring training. In the meantime, all games will move to the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach.

24 warning signs are to be installed on A1A that will flash yellow lights, alerting drivers to stop as someone is about to cross. The signs help improve the safety of pedestrians going to the beach.
