Ken Meierling, License Partner and Broker of Engel & Völkers Jupiter was born and raised in Germany. After attending a prominent business school in London, Mr. Meierling spent 15 years in corporate finance and business development as an advisor to multinational corporations on mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Meierling’s experience has taken him all over the world from New York to Hong Kong to London to Germany. He is fluent in German, English and French.

A successful investment banker, Mr. Meierling decided to pursue a new challenge in 2007 and relocated to Jupiter, Florida where he opened the first Engel & Völkers property shop on the east coast of the Sunshine State. His success in orchestrating multi-million dollar takeovers, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as his many years spent living and working overseas, give him valuable global perspective and business acumen. This background has served him well, as he has become a go-to resource for high-net-worth clientele looking to buy and sell property in the Jupiter market. Mr. Meierling has a strong reputation for quality, careful structure and a methodical approach to getting the job done right. He particularly takes joy in structuring deals.

Mr. Meierling has successfully negotiated the sales of multi-million dollar properties, and continues to set new standards. The sale of 440 S Beach Road in 2015 was one of those landmark sales achieving the highest priced residential property sale on Jupiter Island. This off-market sale was completed within six months, from initial client consultation to Closing. Other notable transactions include the sale of the largest Intracoastal parcel on the south end of Jupiter Island for $13 million and the sale of a magnificent oceanfront renaissance-style compound on behalf of an anonymous international client for $26 million. Mr. Meierling was retained on an exclusive basis by Rockwood Capital to manage the divestiture of one of its portfolio holdings, the prominent Hobe Sound Polo Club, valued at over $30 million.

Mr. Meierling was was recently induced into the Private Office, an esteemed group of the top 2-percent of Engel & Völker’s advisers worldwide. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. His previous success in business and his insights in the international luxury real estate markets uniquely position him to connect extraordinary people with extraordinary lifestyles.

Mr. Meierling is happily married and is thankful to call Florida his home. His wife Kandyce shares his passion for fine real estate and manages the Jupiter property shop. Mr. Meierling enjoys spending time on the water and is an avid paddle boarder, competing in SUP races. He recently completed an 80-mile paddle from Bimini in the Bahamas to Lake Worth Florida, as part of a fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis. He takes great satisfaction in good food and is known to experiment with his cooking by smoking his own fish and other tasty treats.
